I had lunch with The Boss yesterday at Indian Oven on Main Street. I had Tandoori chicken and curry chicken from the buffet.
I typically eat some form of chicken twice a day. Yesterday, after the huge pile of chicken that I had for lunch, I could not stand the thought of bird in any form for dinner. Plan B: baked ravioli with spicy marinara and a simple salad of baby romaine, tomatoes, and olive oil vinaigrette. It really hit the spot.
