Tony's Dinner/Snack 3.20.2009
This looks like raw bacon but it isn't. It is prosciutto. Don't let this one food item fool you, Tony's style is more pork rinds than champagne. Although he doesn't actually eat pork rinds... but I am sure that you see where I am going with this.
