Betty's, Short North

On Friday, The Boss and I had a late lunch at Betty's while we went through some work stuff. This chicken, black bean, and corn quesadilla was very tasty. But it was served suspiciously fast. There was less than 5 minutes between when I ordered it and when it arrived at the table. The Boss ordered crab cakes and they were served equally as fast... And looked a lot like falafel. All in all, it was still a good meal.

Hippie Graffiti in Athens, Ohio

I recently had occasion to be in Nelsonville, Ohio for work. There aren't a lot of restaurants in Nelsonville, so we decided to head to the nearby campus of Ohio University for lunch. We went to Casa Cantina and started out with a variety of salsa, chips, and margaritas.

That was followed by a shredded pork and farmer's cheese quesadilla.

Next up was a trip to the lady's room. I was amused by the graffiti in the stalls. Everyone knows that Athens is full of hippies, so it makes sense that there would a lot of flower-child ramblings scrawled on the walls.

Deep thoughts....

Finally! Graffiti that speaks to my soul. Who doesn't love Mark Paul Gossler's character, Zach Morris, from Saved By The Bell?

More Pictures From St. Louis

Here are some more pictures from St Louis.

Tony is thisclose to being banned from the blog. He hams it up for the camera at every possible opportunity.

Chicken quesadilla. The food at this little brewpub was really good. So was the beer.

Connor with onion rings as big as his head.

Ian and some chicken.

F*cking Jeff Hard strikes again. Enough already, Ian.
